The Katalyst is my brainchild—born out of a desire to dive deep into all things tech. It explores a wide range of sectors including GenAI, SaaS, FinTech, and Consumer Tech, and covers topics like GTM, Product, PMF, and Growth. The insights shared here are grounded in primary research with founders, operators, and VCs. While much is written online, it often lacks clarity, depth, or sometimes unidimensional. The Katalyst brings these conversations to life by blending the best of both worlds: business and technology.

Mininath Jirage
Mininath is an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and an Engineer from VNIT Nagpur. His passion lies in tackling complex problems and empowering others to navigate them with ease. This intrinsic motivation has been the driving force behind his ventures.
He has been a startup founder for 5 years of two startups, BingeInn (Consumer Tech & SaaS) and TradeKosh (B2B e-commerce), giving him insights into building from scratch. At TradeKosh, they scaled the platform to sell goods worth $20 Mn+ on it, and at BingeInn, they built the MVP of the product and worked on PMF to get their first set of customers.
Currently, he works on Product Strategy and M&A at HighRadius, where he focuses on evaluating strategic growth opportunities. Previously, he built AI-driven tools for customer support and analytics at FinIQ Consulting.
